Beyond Teaching works with six easy steps.

1. Enroll as a monthly or annual member and gain access to our community of teachers and their detailed profiles, including resumes and references.
2. Post a job for childcare or tutoring. Specify what experience and/or credentials you wish your applicants to have.
3. Start searching! Browse through our community of teachers, and perform a search based on location, education level, hourly rate, experience and more!
4. Receive applications. Teachers will search for jobs and can contact you via the BT messaging system in response to a job post that they like.
5. Interview the applicants by responding to their message, reviewing their profile, and setting up a time to talk/meet with each other.
6. Hire your best match!
